Dear band,
For those who did not attend band practice today, please be reminded that the meeting will be 1030am outside the music room. But, the location may change if weather conditions doesn't fits. Please only come if you really wants to help out, don't come if you just want to play around and delay the other's time. Also, for those who are coming, please get your parent's approval and tell them it is strictly volunterry(spelling error). Be honest! :) For those groups who wants to do your own part tomorrow, please text me at 98562569 before 2030pm today, because I will provide the board for you guys and I need to go and buy them.

And be truthful to all of you, I'm very disappointed with the 'zero response' I had today when I made the announcement and asked for volunteers. Initally I thought that there will be alot of people willing to volunteer because it's our own gimmicks(spelling error). Very sorry to say, but I was so wrong. Like how I've said when I first step up, I hope that there will be many people volunteer to help out when I needed them. Alot of people assure me that they will help out, but where are all these people today? Maybe I should think that it's because they're absent for band practice today. I don't wish to use punishments to force you guys to do things. Don't you guys feel that by punishing you guys because you guys didn't take initative to help out is a little too (...) ? &I feel that by forcing, everyone will not do it with enthusiasum(spelling error) and work will turn out very ugly. I really hope from today onwards, there will be more helpers/ volunteers.

Lastly, please work hard for Hongkong& Dunearnite and do our part in practising at home. Like what Mr. Yeo has said today, everything starts with 'I'. And, I wish to thank the majors for the effort they had put in for the postcards& letters. Especially Jasmine, for the envelope. Thank you.

With loves,
Jiali.

Ps: Pardon for bad english, grammars or vocabulary.

Hi band
I hope wat mr yeo said today has really made u motivate to practice harder
We're not far away from the HK trip; juz 30 days from tmr
Time flies very quickly, there are only 7 practices left till the HK trip
if we don't count the Dunearite rehearsals
We don't have a lot of time, in fact we have very little time
Our repertoire for HK is not small either; at least 10 pieces and they are not well polished
Pls come for every band practice and make the most out of every practice
Really push to finish practicing your parts on time
For those of u who came today, u realised we couldn't do Pecos Pueblo
because our Sound of Music was poorly done
Seriously band, we have very little time left
Don't take wat mr yeo said today lightly like it is an empty threat
Work real hard. Section leaders, pls push to work on as many weak points as possible
Prevent Mr Yeo from sending your section out because there is something to be worked on
that shud hav been done in the previous practices.
Encourage and motivate each other, don't give up
Remember, only 30 days left
